Calculation Method
For a beam of length L (in meters):
- Max. Concentrated Load = (Table Value for Concentrated Load) * L
- Max. Total Distributed Load = (Table Value for Distributed Load) * L
Example: A 50*50 mm beam, 2 meters long, can support a total distributed load of 567 kg * 2 = 1,134 kg.
Typical Applications
These high-strength SiC beams are engineered as critical load-bearing components in:
- Shuttle Kilns
- Tunnel Kilns
- Roller Hearth Kilns
- Other high-temperature industrial furnace superstructures
